"It was a nice quiet and great location property. The apartment had issues: The stove only had 1 of 4 burners that worked call for maintenance and the guy had no clue as to how to fix it and he never came back. There was a leak from under the wall to the next unit. The balcony was rusty and the doors were very worn and hard to close. Front desk service needs work, training or a means of ingo that connects with the online reservation portal. Expedia did not give me the owners name or apartment...

"Had a wonderful stay in apt 12D. The location is in the heart of downtown and just a few steps to an absolutely gorgeous beach. The people are wonderful and our housekeeper Maerva was so kind and helpful. We will be returning next year"

"Hotel manager would not allow me to chrck out, claiming i havent paid. Despite showing them the receipt and confirmation email the manager was still insisting we havent paid and even threatened the front desk receptionist saying if she allowed me to leave he'd take the money from her salary. Was not until i threatened legal action was i allowed to leave"

"This house is beautiful and huge but could use upgrading. We had a lot of issues upon arrival, but the property manager worked diligently to get things corrected. "Wonderful staff , the chef accommodating my husbands Alpha Gal allergy was such a blessing! We had a wedding proposal with J and staff making it PERFECT! The views and grounds are to die for! We loved everyone and everything about this place! We felt so safe all week! They have two German Shepards on the property that belong to the owners that were so gentle and very protective of the home! We highly recommend Golden Cloud!"
