"The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"

"Upon arrival we were surprised by the amount of amenities Mr Kamuzu had left for us. I mean there were towels, disinfectant, soap etc… not only that but the TV had a wide variety of channels on. The living room is quite hot, even with the fan so bear that in mind. However, the bedroom is really cool with the AC. It was a bit smaller than I had anticipated but other than that this is an amazing condo!"

"I was very impressed with how well this place was decorated. They had everything that I expected in the amenities list in the post. I think it’s also important to know that the property is in a gated community for your extra security which gave me a feel of exclusivity during my stay. "Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. "Nice place. Studio a bit on the small size but very clean. The jaccuzi and swimming pool was great. However, i would suggest that the owner invest in an awning at the front of the building because when it rains, it's awesome to look at, but the front door can not be opened, as the rain will pour in. "Wonderful staff , the chef accommodating my husbands Alpha Gal allergy was such a blessing! We had a wedding proposal with J and staff making it PERFECT! The views and grounds are to die for! We loved everyone and everything about this place! We felt so safe all week! They have two German Shepards on the property that belong to the owners that were so gentle and very protective of the home! We highly recommend Golden Cloud!"
