"I booked with Expedia and the rate paid was not honored once I arrived at the front desk. I was highly disappointed as the hotel staff made me wait four hours with my two kids and elderly father. And only allowed me to check in after having me pay an additional amount outside of what was agreed booking through Expedia. This was fraud."

"Before booking I read the reviews and was a bit hesitant. Let me tell you how my stay was amazing! I travelled with my hubby and 2 young kids (8 and 12). The staff were super helpful and accommodating( Benton was the best). Room was perfect for my small family. AC✅ kitchen✅ pool✅ Keep in mind that there aren’t a lot of options for food( you have to go out to buy) or cook your own as you have a full kitchen and pots and pans to use! Location is perfect ( in ochi) I walked to buy food sometimes. The resort is a little dated but for the value it’s more than worth it. My family and I will definitely book again. "My Husband and I just left Sea Shell Palms and couldn’t wait until we got home to post what a magnificent experience we had at Sea Shell Palms so we are doing it while waiting for our flight!! I don’t know how anyone can write a negative review because what we experienced was ALL positive! Ms. Meeks, Mr. Damien, Mr. Green, Mr. Richard and the whole staff went above and beyond in service and demeanor!! Great conversations, advice on places to go and accommodating all the way around! The whole place was clean and in order and our room was spacious!! The Jamaican breakfast was very tasty and had an array of options to choose from. They also have grocery stores, a restaurant and an ice cream parlor with the best homemade ice cream and cheesecake we have ever had called Twist! The proximity to everything is approximately 10 minutes! They even have security and police on premises for safety! If you want a great place to stay, this is the place to be! Thanks again, Sea Shell Palms for EVERYTHING! "

"Pleasant relaxing stay at a vintage property during a slow peiod. Staff was attentive warm and caring but could be hard to find due to the slow period. The regular chef knows his craft, if he is not around go elsewhere. Looking a beach, sorry but watersports they are ready for."
