"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"Easy check in with very good directions. Property was just as advertised, clean and well equipped with all we needed for my adult family of 8. We cooked breakfast every morning as well as one dinner in and had plenty of dishes etc. Loved the mucho gusto coffee machine. I'm a coffee snob so it was wonderful to have high quality coffee each morning! Beds were comfortable with one exception, the pull down futon is in need of a new frame or mattress. "We had such a good time exploring London from Gina’s lovely and beautifully equipped flat. To start with the neighborhood was so fun and really splendid for foodies. As coffee addicts, we were delighted to be right above the excellent Devotion Coffee and walking distance to Prufrock Coffee as well. "The house matched the pics and was in an amazing location. Close to Highbury and Islington tube stop and right by lots of restaurants and bars but far enough away so it was quiet at night. The host was highly communicative and responsive at all times. Couldn't have had a better experience and highly recommend."

"Our family had the best time in London. And, having this space as our home base made our trip that much better. Family friendly with short walk to multiple tube stations allowing easy access to all things London offers. Hosts were so welcoming and the extra touches were superb! Thanks for everything. "Excellent apartment in the best area of London. Great accommodation with lots of room, state of the art kitchen and appliances, large windows overlooking Whitehall road, walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster, Buckingham palace and Trafalger. The host, Ross, was fantastic and very helpful. We enjoyed the stay and will be back. The only issue was the AC was not very strong and the temp in London was very high, but we dealt with it and it was not an issue. Excellent vacation rental."

"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "

"Good property with a 5-10 minute walk to the King's Cross train/underground. Also, plenty of bar and restaurant options including one right out the door to the right. The beds were good. A good place for my son and I."

"Wonderful place with very separate bedrooms and bathroom choices for a large adult and children group! We couldn’t get over the cutest of the place and the hot cocoa maker. The host was super responsive and we had a great family reunion at this location. "

"I have seen a few reviews about this property ,some good, some less favourable. This is a three double bedroom property a short tube ride from central London. It is clean and comfortable. The host started making contact as the trip approached and met us at the property to give us the run down on facilities. He was very pleasant . Previous reviews have stated it was sparsely furnished. "This is not your average holiday accommodation! It is uniquely furnished and very spacious. We loved being able to request the parking space and also the key coded entry, no keys to lose. Convenient short walk to the tube station and then quickly into the centre of London. Host’s replied promptly to our enquiries. Great base for a trip to London!"

"This place fit the budget and was close enough for all our London activities. We needed a little extra space for our adult kids traveling with us, and this place was just right. Michael was attentive as it was quite warm during our stay and he sent us fans to stay comfortable at night. The house is older but that added to its charm."

"This property has three bedrooms and two bath with one being very large. The living space is comfortable with a huge kitchen. You are literally next to a Tesco. Vauxhall line is definitely closest. "Great property our apartment was just what we needed plenty of space for us to relax and all our luggage. Transport at the door or 15 min walk to Tower Bridge - so easy. Found walking around the street behind lead us to a street full of little bars and eateries, so a nice surprise.
