"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"The house matched the pics and was in an amazing location. Close to Highbury and Islington tube stop and right by lots of restaurants and bars but far enough away so it was quiet at night. The host was highly communicative and responsive at all times. Couldn't have had a better experience and highly recommend."

"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "

"Wonderful place with very separate bedrooms and bathroom choices for a large adult and children group! We couldn’t get over the cutest of the place and the hot cocoa maker. The host was super responsive and we had a great family reunion at this location. "

"The host and manager were very responsive for all communication. The short distance to the train and bus station was amazing. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Stunning? Stunning what a poor quality place this is. No communication from host. Had to chase to get entry details. Filthy. Hairs on bathroom towel - possibly pubic. Bed not made up. Stains on walls. Bad odour in fridge. Dirty bath mats. Rubbish dumped on street outside, old mattresses, hoover, overflowing bins. Shocking that Expedia advertise this place. Would be overpriced at half the rate we paid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. "

"On arrival I found the apartment a little bit sad but on the next day I did like it better and everything was working well including the wifi . Excellent position. Ade was there to answer any question.."

"We stayed here in August and it was the perfect place for us! It was so nice to have toys at the property that the kids could play with and not worry about them running around in the back yard. I couldn’t imagine being in a hotel room after staying here. It was close enough to the wedding we were going to and not too far from London by underground. "We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home...

"Not accurately portrayed in the photos at all. Very dirty, stains on carpets, floors, ceilings, mirrors, windows. Washing machine leaking onto kitchen floor, broken showers, wardrobes broken. Over all very un kept, dirty and shabby. We most definitely will not be coming here again. No care taken at all."
