"I like that I get to experience a nice Kyoto neighborhood. The service could be improved. I felt like the staffs were not friendly every time I said hi. They also turn off the AC in the middle of the might and even if it runs, it’s usually very light so I try to turn on the fan at the same time to avoid sweating. However, it’s hard to sleep due to the fan noises. "

"Very close to train stations. Was more than enough room for us with a family with a 1 and 4 year old. Especially like having the washer/dryer in the room and ability to cook. Nespresso machine was nice to have as well. Staff are all very friendly and professional - very kind to our kids. The noise from the street outside can be heard at times, but it didn't disrupt our sleep at all. We would stay again. "
