"Your restaurant was not up to my previous Hilton experiences. Breakfasts were good but dinners were poorly prepared. In trying to find improved menu selections, we tried nearby restaurants. After my third dinner, I learned to hate Mexican food! Even when I asked the front desk staff for alternate restaurant suggestions the Hilton staff could only recommend more Mexican restaurants!"

"Well there was no bugs so that was great. The refrigerator was next to the sink plugged in and that outlet didn't work so I moved it to a different outlet and ended up working. Every time I would flush the toilet I'd have to open the top of the lid for the water to come through that was kind of a hassle. When there was room service all I got was exchange of towels I didn't get anything swept mopped bed made or the bathroom cleaned I even asked but I don't think some of those people spoke...
