"I was very happy with this hotel. the single room was small but I knew that and the good rate reflected it. and it was so clean and such a great location near everything in this walkable iconic swiss town. I came in straight from the train station, an easy walk, and i was immediately made so comfortable by the sweet young lady helping me get situated and checked in at the front desk. highly recommended for a cozy sleep in the heart of Luzern"

"WOW I mean the views from this place cannot be beat. You absolutely MUST request a river facing room (you can see the beautiful snow capped mountains of Pilatus on a clear day). It is worth every penny. Additionally, your stay gets your a visitors pass with discounted rates on transport throughout the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind as well. We will DEFINITELY be coming back!"
