"This was a lovely hotel right in the middle of Old Town Lucerne. Everything we wanted and needed was within walking distance, including the train station. The hotel was clean and modern. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The hotel provided us free access to public transportation. What a nice bonus."

"We were thankful for the easy instructions on getting to our room after the reception desk closed. Huge must if your train runs late! The kitchen was in repair, so there was no breakfast, but croissants were delivered to our door each morning. Having the balcony over the river was lovely, and it was in a quiet enough area that there was no noise other than the sound of water at night. The bathroom was a little small and challenging to hold our essentials. The bed was ok, but not super...
