I asked beforehand for a late checkout as was told to phone reception at 7am on the day (not very convenient if the reason you need a late checkout is to sleep!) "Amazing hotel and a home from home."

"Amazing hotel, amazing staff and within walking distance to the centre. Only disappointment was that the duvets on the bed are super thin and I was freezing at night as it was winter and about 2 degrees. There were no spare blankets in the room. Other than that I would definitely stay again but I’ll ask for additional blankets "
