"The hotel was easy to find and was conveniently located. We were able to walk to various restaurants around the hotel, catch a bus downtown to Old Quebec and walk across the road to the shopping centre. The hotel was quiet and the rooms was spacious and cozy. The only negative is that we were originally checked in under someone else’s name and went up to our room and there was only 1 bed when I had reserved a room with 3 queen beds, this issue was quickly solved. La douche n'est pas puissante et je n'ai pas vraiment aimé le plafond noir. Gostamos muito do Hotel, desde a lareira na entrada, o tamanho do quarto com a mini cozinha equipada, duas poltronas, cama bem grande, o blackout excelente pois o quarto fica bem escuro. "We have been going here for many years. It is a quiet peaceful setting with Inn qualities. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend upgrading to first class room if possible as the access is much more convenient and the rooms are much nicer. Overall very nice stay. "

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Liked having a refrigerator in room and access to the microwave in the breakfast area. For once a bathroom the had enough towels from the start and an exhaust fan that actually worked! Only downfall, in my kids view, was the pool was not open as the heater was not working properly."
