The hotel is a 4 star hotel and not so extravagant but what i really appreciate the most is that everything you need was there like the smallest of things like cotton buds and slippers, which you probably woudnt get from other 4 star hotels. "We had a lovely time at this place. It has a cozy environment, but most importantly the receptionist who's name was Eren was very patient, friendly and helpful with all our inquiries. Which is so important when you're in a new city. Also the lady who was working in the kitchen called Makbule, was very welcoming too and we had some delicious authentic Turkish breakfast. Overall definitely recommend this place. "
