"We had a very comfortable 2 night stay in the Jerusalem Suite with easy access to the kitchen shared with one other suite. We used the kitchen to self cater (as National Park has limited dining options and my partner is vegetarian) and made use of the oven and gas hob. We had the use of a fridge and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils, etc needed for producing meals. Our room had a good sized bed, plus a sofa and table and a couple of dining chairs. "Neat and tidy little apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood close to Ohakune. Well and tastefully furnished.We had a wonderful stay and Peter and Yvonne are great hosts. Great to return each day to the quiet and peaceful/restful environment.They were very prompt in responding to our queries and very considerate to our situation when there was a scheduled power maintenance outage."

We did the Mangawhero Forest Walk which took around an hour along well maintained trails through stunning forest, recommended.
