Didn’t need key when we arrived as house was already open which could be unsafe had anyone else went in before we arrived. The home was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with every amenity we could possibly need. BUT it took over 30 minutes and several long distance phone calls to obtain the correct lockbox code to enter the property which was really frustrating after a long day's drive. "Had a great time relaxing here over the weekend, location was perfect for those of was wanting a trip up the mountain and the spa was there for those who wanted to stay in the warmth. The only issue we had was bookabatch not informing us of the code to access the house, we had to call the help centre for crucial info. Wasnt a dealbreaker though, we will definitely stay again given the chamce. "

"The chalet is very well appointed and in good condition. I liked the cosiness but with all the conveniences and appliances you might need. What I didn't like was the reliance on previous guests to make the place clean and ready for the next guests, with no obvious thorough check in between. In particular, the bed wasn't made up and it was very difficult to find the right sheets for the bed. Also, the instructions were unclear about how the laundry is dealt with between guests, eg is it...
