"Raetihi was an excellent place to unwind and connect. The beautiful rural property was glorious at all times of the day. The fireplace warm and inviting. A lot of fun was had toasting marshmallows on the fire pit and soaking in the Hot Tub."

"Great Communication There were 18 of us so well worth it for the price of just a little over $20 a night each. Fireplace is awesome but down it the bathroom was very cold! If you like the basics then you will be fine. Be prepared to give it a little bit of a clean wipe down when you arrive as there was evidence of rodents. Other then that great place."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay but there were quite a few gaps. There were no instructions for the fire and when we arrived it was on. However after about an hour it went out on its own. The backup heater didn’t work so our first night was somewhat freezing. No reply from the Bachcare despite 3 tries and we finally managed to get it working ourselves by turning the mains power off to reset. No soap in the bathroom, not enough pillows. There was mould in the showers and the dishwasher had previously been broken by someone so water went all over the kitchen floor.
