"Thank you Desni & Steve. This was our second stay at Paradise In York and the name remains accurate. The area, the coast, the property, the house - are awesome. We loved cooking and communing in the open kitchen/dining area, playing music by the fire, walking the coast and beach, etc. Bedrooms/baths were all great, clean and well supplied. "11 fun fabulous women celebrating a birthday weekend. Plenty of room to sleep, clean, great location to walk downtown , beaches, Perkins cove and marginal way. Well stocked with linens, coffee, shampoo etc.. turnkey. We had a couple of small issues that were quickly addressed. Would stay here again. "

"The house and location are gorgeous. The bedrooms are all nice but the two ocean facing rooms are fantastic. They are huge, all windows, and well appointed. Although there is no direct access to the beach, the walk down the hill is short and well worth it. The beach is lovely and has incredible sunrise views. I would have booked again for next year if there was availability!"

"What a great space! There was plenty of room to spend time together or apart and the decor is charming. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for our stay with the family dog. We faced some issues with the a/c and management was super responsive. Portable units were delivered right away to keep us comfortable and the next day the issue was fixed. "The location on the beach was exactly what we wished for. Very clean. Bedrooms and baths were what we needed. Only drawback was parking was difficult. Two cars were being shuffled to get in and out of the tight space. "

"The photo you show of the building is premature. That building is to be built this fall. We stayed in the older duplex that is to be replaced. Hopefully, new build will be well maintained, furnished, and cleaned properly prior to guests arrival. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Forbes Restaurant and the Arcade. "My family and I had a great time. We could walk to the beach in 5 mins. It was a quiet dead end street. Maggie had beach chairs for the beach and tables for outside to sit and eat outside. It was wonderful "

"For the most part my 3 night stay was great. A few hiccups. Heating system use was difficult to figure out in the bedrooms. There were extra pillows but no extra blankets. TVs were hard to figure out if you’ve never used Roku. Otherwise place was great. Super clean and spacious. "
