"This house more than accommodated our family of 13 for Thanksgiving and an intimate wedding. The table was big enough to sit everyone for dinner and games. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and had a real coffee maker. The beach was a short walk and the area is really nice. We didn’t run into any issues during our stay. "

"We do an annual Christmas shopping weekend and this year decided to try Kennebunkport. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. It was very clean, comfortable and within walking distance to local restaurants. The only issue we had was the kitchen wasn’t well equipped if you like to cook. There were no large pots, or cooking utensils but we were able to make it work. We loved the house and are hoping to go back in warmer weather."

"What a great space! There was plenty of room to spend time together or apart and the decor is charming. The fenced in yard was a huge plus for our stay with the family dog. We faced some issues with the a/c and management was super responsive. Portable units were delivered right away to keep us comfortable and the next day the issue was fixed. Communication was constant and clear. Great service! The house is right on Post road so there is some traffic noise but it was not tood bad and calmed in...

"The photo you show of the building is premature. That building is to be built this fall. We stayed in the older duplex that is to be replaced. Hopefully, new build will be well maintained, furnished, and cleaned properly prior to guests arrival. Location is excellent. Walking distance to Forbes Restaurant and the Arcade. Close to beach access. The new build should have excellent view of the Atlantic Ocean and sunrise. Host was quick to respond to our messages.parking for 4 vehicles…5 if small...

"Our stay was lovely. Michael the host was very responsive to our needs and requests. The home is situated on a lovely private lot, with a fire pit, grill and the location cannot be beat. A quick walk to Dock Square with many restaurants and shops. Easy access to the highway and route 1. A wonderful space to spend time with family and relax. Lots of room to spread out and a large eating area to gather and enjoy. We/I highly recommend this property!"

"This cozy ranch is five minutes drive from the public beaches of Wells. We were a family of five adults with one aged grandmother who appreciated the walk in shower with seating and the ramp from parking to the front door. The beds were all sleep number but the remote controls were missing, the sunny kitchen had plenty of pans / utensils but was missing detergent and garbage liners - had we know we would have added those to our initial shopping List.
