"The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. "

"The house was not large, but well laid out and felt spacious. It was immaculate and surprisingly well stocked. There was an abundance of dishes, cooking supplies and kitchen utensils. There were also bathing products and cleaning materials provided. All we needed to add in the 2 weeks we were there were a few rolls of toilet tissue. One disappointment was that The Villages required us to purchase visitor passes in order to use the pool. That cost us $53.50 for the 12 day period that we had left...

"Beautiful rental with modern touches overlooking golf course/water view. Our family along with our dog needed a place to stay in between our home being sold and waiting for our new construction. The hosts Brian and Laura offered the perfect home and appreciated having everything you need to cook/prepare meals with newer/modern appliances, plenty of towels/linens, 3 TV's with great streaming/internet. "We have family that lives close by and this worked out perfectly for our many get togethers during our week there. The Villa had a bright open decor with a beautiful view of a small lake and golf course off of the lanai. Fenced in backyard was so nice for our dog. So many things to do close by with a ride on the golf cart. Amenities were plentiful with a well stocked kitchen which worked for us as I did a lot of cooking!
