"Our stay started off a bit rocky as we were given a room on the 2nd floor which had no view, smelled musty and the bathroom was very outdated. The next morning I asked for a room on a higher floor w/an ocean view & the staff accommodated our request with no problem. Our new room was beautiful, updated & we had an amazing view of the ocean. The beach & pool were amazingly gorgeous & the staff was amazing & VERY accommodating!! One major downside was that they were doing construction at the hotel...

"Amazing location. Love the welcome snacks and drinks. The chairs on the beach is where we spent most of our time. The complementary pool slushy drinks were a perfect refresher when the day heats up. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening when there was live music next door at the tikilounge. Nice bikes to ride up and down the “broadwalk”. No complaints about our stay!"

"Wonderful stay. Staff were very helpful. I arrived to check in at 11 pm. Needed to eat to take meds. Nothing open. Desk clerk offered his dinner. I refused. He was able to get me a plate and utensils from the kitchen so I could eat a frozen meal from the gift shop. Will stay here again for sure"

"The staff at the front desk was wonderful, friendly very professional. Restaurant had an awesome breakfast and the server was amazing. Sat outside in at breakfast. The scenery was the beach housekeeping was amazing and provided great service. The only complain I have was the the person who gave out the towels at the pool. Her name was Ana She had horrible customer service skills didn’t show any empathy for the guest. She was quite rude."

"I love the B Ocean. I stay there every time I visit Ft. Lauderdale. However the check in process is terrible. I arrive early and stand in line quite a while before getting to the check in desk to be told that my room is not ready and that I will be informed when it is ready. When I go to ‘recheck in’ I have to wait in line again. It takes too long and is rather hectic. They need to improve the process for guests who arrive before the 4 PM check in time. "
