"The Bay Bridge Inn was a lovely place to visit and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately the walls seemed to be a bit thin as outside noise was easy to hear. But it being secluded gave it a lovely charm and the on site parking was greatly appreciated. The room was clean and had a much needed heater after a long night in the cold San Francisco air. I would definitely return in the future if and when I return to the San Francisco area."

"Check in was fast and easy. Housekeeping came daily to change our towels and wash cloths. The person who checked us in gave us some great information for places to see in the area as well. The hotel is in a perfect location for public transportation and we were able to get everywhere we wanted using our clipper card. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to the SF area and will book again when I’m back in the area! "

"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "
