"The location and accessibility to the American Airlines Center was the biggest factor in my choice of this hotel. The price is way more than I would normally pay but I wanted to be within walking distance of the Usher Concert at the American Airlines Center and be safe walking to and from the concert. "Loved how convenient the property was and loved my room. I didn't love the crowd at the bar, but it was fine! There is a lot of construction around the hotel so walking around is a little tricky, but it was a great stay."

"A/C in bedroom noisy when starting. Bathroom sliding door edge/bracket sloppy. Main shower head flow low - needs cleaned. Only one bath size towel. No kitchen towel. Ice bin not sized to fit under ice maker in freezer. Window coverings in suite “cheap” black mesh; better window coverings in lower rated hotel chains. $25 per night for parking on property is ridiculous when paying already inflated nightly rate. However, breakfast was very good. "
