Our room was warm and comfortable with good space and city view. Reception was friendly and check in/out quick. A glass refillable bottle of water would be a good addition, and still maintain the hotels standard for eco friendly. The tea tray was disappointing against everything else. More variety and quantity of milk would be a welcomed addition. "

"Lovely room and decor! Unfortunately a cup fell on the floor into a corner and when I picked it up it was covered in thick black hair (I am not black haired). So although the centre and the main area of the room was clean and corners were not. Lovely location, I left super early and just got a "thanks" as I checked out. It would have been nice to have had more integrative chats with the staff and maybe even a question like "how is your room?" "How was your stay?". "

"Lovely from start to finish. Highly recommend Jody’s magic hands for a massage in spa6. Only downside was a noisy fridge in the room, and (I never thought I’d say this) an over-attentive waiter trying to take our dinner plates before we’d finished our meal in the Boathouse"
