The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the service exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. Their free 3 hr morning walking tour was awesome too! One of the standout features was the **24/7 bistro** with complimentary food and drinks—such a thoughtful touch! The attention to detail was impeccable, even down to the handwritten welcome note in our room. While the only hiccup was a confirmed bicycle rental that didn’t pan out, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for charm, convenience, and warm hospitality in the heart of CDMX. "
