"My family of four stayed six night at Zocalo Central and we really enjoyed it! They gave us a warm welcome and were very attentive. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Shout out to Raul & Jose Luis who were always there to assist us with our requests and questions. We enjoyed our coffee & breakfast on the rooftop and the Cafe Central inside hotel was also fantastic! Complimentary coffee, pastries, snacks & beer 24/7!! Great location, Highly recommend "

The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the service exceeded expectations from the moment we arrived. Their free 3 hr morning walking tour was awesome too! One of the standout features was the **24/7 bistro** with complimentary food and drinks—such a thoughtful touch! The attention to detail was impeccable, even down to the handwritten welcome note in our room. While the only hiccup was a confirmed bicycle rental that didn’t pan out, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
