Hotel staff is very helpful and fluent in English, German and Czech. Our hotel room was large, clean and comfortable with two twin beds. "The property itself is in a great location. Walkable distance from Prague Main Station, steps from Landmarks like astronomical clock and Wenceslas Square. The room I’ve got did not look like the pictures, only the bathroom was remodeled. The AC was not working at all. Luckily it was October and it was cool outside, however the opened windows allowed all noise from streets to disturb my sleep. Breakfast was very good. "
