"The boutique hotel was charming and conveniently located in a quiet area. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. However, we did experience some noise in the morning from the housekeeping staff, which included talking, shouting across the hallway, door slamming, and sharing the elevator with guests while transporting a laundry cart. This was a bit unprofessional and made for an uncomfortable experience. It was unexpected for a Meliá hotel, but overall, we enjoyed our stay."

Several staff whilst i was trying to check in referred me to a door in the corridor between the restaurant and coffee lounge. The door was entry to a storage room.
