"Where to begin....I have lots of good things to say and lots of bad things to say as well. First off, if you want to be picked up at the airport....make sure you tell them your flight details....they do not ask (or they didnt ask me) and I ened up taking the metro....with that being said it was easy to get to from there and a lot cheaper option. If booking on Expedia - check pick up prices with hotel as they are not correct on Expedia. This apartment was in a great location close to down...

I did not have the correct charger adapter and the gentleman at the front desk let me borrow one my entire trip. The other front desk lady helped me out with transportation questions.
