"We stayed here for two nights. Hotel had a beautiful lobby and great bar. The rooms ran very warm, we couldn’t figure out how to change the settings so it didn’t feel like we were staying in a safari, also shower weren’t great, it’s a removable head but placed very low. Breakfast was great, tons of options. We used the gym and pool, you have to pay, it’s a nice amenity but very outdated space, esp the gym minimal equipment. "

"It wasn't terrible. But i couldn't shower properly because the thingy where you are supposed to put the shower was pointing on the wrong direction so i had to be resourceful. The breakfast is certainly not worth it, use de 7 euro to do it somewhere else. But for the price it was ok."

"I can think of perhaps 3 staff members that were nice. Rest were inattentive, one in particular was absolutely rude and I have no idea how he is dealing with people on a daily basis. The hotel needs serious renovation and health and safety to be really looked in to. Rooms were below standard. Beds uncomfortable. I can be here all day mentioning how horrible my experience was."

"The Stay was great, I was welcomed by the Reception, and when we spoke about the Breakfast, I had said the I couldn't eat certain things, and they accommodated me to the fullest. The room was clean and well maintained, also the same for the bathroom. One of the best stays I have had in Prague, I would highly recommend this place to everyone."
