"They took me to 3 rundown and filthy rooms before I demanded a refund. Mattresses torn, hair on bed, gross stains on linens. Then a manager went with me to find a suitable room and one room had clothes in it. Final room was OK. It’s cheap for a reason. They would not allow early checkin despite having rooms without charging me additional $13. Don’t waste time here. "

"Serene spot for relaxation. Large pool long enough for me to swim laps. Spacious room with almost no street noise disturbance. Staff very attentive and kind, especially Guilherme and Vladimir at reception. Extensive breakfast selection with certain items cooked to your order. "
