Nice place to stay but no spatula for frying pan, fridge too cold as milk iced up,slight problem with loo as kept dribbling and needs attention. However I don't mean to quibble and we would stay hete again.

Great base to explore Norfolk
Ideal, modern apartment for a couple wanting a short break to explore Norfolk by car or bike. Lots of NT, EH and private gardens/properties within easy travel distance. Well stocked but rather pricy farm shop on site. Apartment is on first floor up quite steep stairs so not ideal for all. Kitchen equipment a little basic but adequate. We didn't see the owners at all hence 3 stars for commuications.

Relaxing stay in Norfolk
Good clean property part of a group of 3 holiday homes within a small farm. Great location for exploring Norfolk with Norwich just a short drive away. Pub in walking distance and there is a shop selling frozen local meat, veg and milk on the farm (store currently being expanded so more to come). Host was helpful and good communications before not only on accommodation but also Covid specifics. The local shop has a pizza night on Fridays but you need to order in advance - worth doing if arriving friday night and do not want to cook.

Excellent place to stay!
We had a very relaxing stay at this property, and wanted for nothing. The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The area is very quiet and is well placed for visiting much of Norfolk. The goats are lovely too!

‘The Nest’ is such a perfect name for this stay.
From the moment we pulled into the farm we felt so at home. Sam made us feel very welcome and told us where we could visit and recommended places for us to consider during our long weekend there. I would definitely recommend this lovely scenic place. The goats are there to greet you as you drive through the gates. The little onsite shop with local produce including the goats cheese is a must visit! The Nest itself is perfect for the two of you. There’s everything you could want from a holiday let. The games room is a great added feature for when the weather takes a turn as it did for us on one of the days. We used the washing machine and playing some ping pong while it poured down with rain outside. The nearest pub in the next village is well worth a try too. We drove due to weather but it’s an easy 15 walk pretty straight from the farm. I would definitely recommend the nest! We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you Sam Catherine and Brendan

Peace in Norfolk countryside
The apartment was furnished and equipped to a high standard. It was bigger than the photos led us to believe and was just right for a couple. The property was on a very quiet goat farm, very light and airy, with good open views. We would certainly go again and stay longer, we were there for 3 nights. Caroline the owner welcomed us and then left us alone for our stay but insisted if there was anything we required just to ring her.

An excellently clean, new and extremely comfortable apartment to explore the rest of Norfolk.
We had a lovely stay with a very warm welcome, with a chilled bottle of prosecco and goats cheese waiting for us in the fridge. The furniture is well thought out and will only get better as it is used more and more. The shop is very useful although it is recommended that you carry small change. The local pubs are very welcoming and Norwich is only a bus ride away. Can't wait to go back!
