"Aloft is always a good experience. There was one elevator that was kinda weird and the doors started closing while we were walking through. Other than that, no issues. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and kind. Also, they provided ear plugs. At first we weren't sure why, but we were right in a party area and as it got later, I started to understand why the ear plugs were there. It really wasn't even that loud, but it was thoughtful."
