The price wasn’t even a daily price it was in increments of 12 hours. Make sure you are there before the 12th hour because they will ticket you. "The unit is simple, quaint, & super practical for a stay in Hoboken. We stayed for 3 days to visit our daughter for her birthday. NYC is a 25 min bus or train ride. We used Uber to American Dream. Unit was clean, & AJ is super responsive. We plan to stay again! "

"The house is on a very quiet street and we had a very nice stay. The communication with the owner for very good. All the beds were comfortable. The rooms themselves were quite small but having a house instead of a hotel room gave us adequate space. We had trouble affording NYC and this fit in our budget Travel time to NYC was 10-15 minutes. Midtown about 20-25 minutes. "
