"we drive 12 hours form Louisiana to Santa Fe, at least one time a month and we don't go anywhere that it is not this hotel! It is more than an hotel! The people? Are awesome! Carlos always helping us with wherever we need, Guadalupe always fix our rooms as brand new and the other ladies but I am more familiar with her , the 2 ladies and the guy with glasses are awesome ( the guy in the night is not the best but who cares lol) everything is great! Plus the location is perfect"

"Even before we arrived Genelle at the Front Desk was lovely. She gave us a beautiful room, champagne, strawberries and exquisite service at every level. Rogelio the Food and Beverage Director was likewise exceptional in his hospitality and making us few at home. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "Our stay was very positive. The staff is amazing. They are nice and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. It's not a big cooperation hotel. It feels homey and they let us have a late check out time. The pool area is half indoor and half outdoor with the hot tub being on the indoor side. I highly recommend. They offer you a drink at check in, also. They have a new Gardunos that just opened and the food was amazing. The server was amazing also. It's a new restaurant so give them grace while they work out the kinks. "
