"The Hyatt Place Albuquerque airport was EXCELLENT!! From the prompt shuttle airport pick-up, friendly driver, front desk/reception greeting .... to the amazingly comfortable beds & pillows ... to the quiet, seemingly soundproof rooms ... this hotel I would give beyond a 10!! (Not to mention the delicious breakfast at no charge to guests!)"

"The hotel is not bad. If you need a roof and a bed, this is it. The room wasn't the prettiest, but got the job done. If you nit-pick you'll find a lot of things to pick at. Pool was indoors and heated. Breakfast so very basic. Always right next to the highway, you WILL hear all the cars driving by. "

"The heater was making a terrible noise but I was able to turn it off and fortunately was comfortable without it. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Shower door didn't close tightly so leaked water on the floor. There were more than enough towels which was nice. Fridge didn't seem very cold."

"The room, bathroom, and property were clean. All of the floors are either tiled or laminate. I was a bit surprised there was no carpet, but at the same time, that means the floors are easy to clean. It actually gave me more confidence in the cleanliness as a result. The staff was friendly. My only real complaint was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. "
