The location of this hotel is EXCELLENT, in that it is located just behind the St Francis Cathedral, and two blocks from the Plaza, the center of Santa Fe's historic district. We return to Santa Fe a few times each year, and have always wanted to stay at this particular location. The amenities of the hotel include a happy hour with lots of food, sufficient for a meal. The morning-provided breakfast was also abundant and of good quality. The savings for not having to go out for dinner and breakfast makes the hotel a very excellent value. Please the place is beautiful. We went Feb9, so we didn't really have a chance to enjoy to rooftop patio and pool area, but it is a very special setting which which is private, easily accesses, and offers a great overlook of the area. The only thing I didn't like was that they only have valet parking, which added an additional $30 to the cost. That is why the overall rating is just 4-star, not 5. I hope to return.

Good solid four stars. It just didn’t have the extras of a five star hotel. The staff was nice and did their jobs but they didn’t go above and beyond. The soaking tub is wonderful. The food was better than most.

We arrived pretty late and I acidently booked for the wrong night the front desk was super friendly and was able to get us a room. Very friendly staff. Will stay here again.

We absolutely loved this place and will definitely stay again if we're ever back in Santa Fe. All of the staff were very nice, helpful, and even thoughtful. I mentioned when checking in to the assistant manager that I want feeling well and was ready to go lay down. The next day, he came looking for me at the breakfast to check on me and see how i how I was doing . The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was within walking distance to the town Square, and a short drive to ski santa fe. It was a great stay overall.
