"The restaurant was short staffed. The managers (big guy and smaller blonde) weren’t really helping. Customers waited for drinks and some left. The thin, older woman was the only one getting drinks out and hustling. The younger woman with short, dark hair just talked to herself and ran around in circles. "

"This place is the real deal of an authentic Sante Fe experience. The rooms were so nicely decorated. What was a pleasant surprise was the included breakfast with your stay. Excellent food not just yucky buffet food. The breakfasts were very restaurant quality. "

"Beautiful, historic building with interesting architectural details, but old, and showing its age not only in appearance, but in its operational state. Tiny guest rooms and lack of exhaust fans contribute to inadequate airflow, for example, which lends to visible moisture issues. Little things like the funky in-room TV setup and light bulbs being burned out add to an atmosphere of mild neglect. Staff was friendly and attentive, though, and the one meal I had on property was delicious. Good...
