"Excellent and safe location. Will definitely come back. Very lively neighborhood, with great restaurant choices for all kinds and all budgets. The rooms are located within the courtyard of a building, with a gate, which makes it very quiet and safe. Couple minutes of walking distance to the Metro and Tram stations. "We had a great stay. Condo was very clean and cozy. Ideally located. Nice supermarket right on the corner beside the place as well as a good Bar (caffè & sandwiches) for morning espresso or evening snack/food runs. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere.. if you’re okay with walking longer distances (30-60 min). We also slept well here.. the pullout sofa bed was better than I expected, and probably one of the better places I slept over all the places we stayed across Europe. Would...

"Very small room, no staff on site. Very noisy markets nearby. Toilet roll and dirty towels not replaced during room cleans. Sofa bed was awful, very loud and creaky and would fold in on itself while you were laying on it if you made a wrong move. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom lights on the outside of the bathroom with a very loud fan so that if you needed to use the toilet in the night you’d wake the whole room up. Okay location. Quite a few tram stops from where you want to be. "

"Everything was perfect about this property. The only down side was a sewer stench coming from the bathroom; however all of the other qualities made it tolerable. The steps were no problem unless maybe you are older or injured. Marco was sweet but did better answering calls rather than texts. The room had a cozy vibe and the bed was so nice, like sleeping on grandma’s sheets. The wood ceiling in our room was beautiful. We could walk easily to everything. The price was a great value. "

"The gentleman who checked us in was very nice, helpful and friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in. The location couldn’t be better. Next to everything and the room was very soundproof. The room was very clean the bed was very good. "
