We mistakenly booked a room with double be but the guy on reception helped ud finding a twin bed and allowed us to check in even we were too late in night. We had to check out at 2:30 AM and he offered us a quick take away breakfast snacks for our journey and offered us a coffee before we start our journey back to airport => NEXT LEVEL service and kindness. "The Woodhouse hotel was our base for attending the Bruce Springsteen concert in Monza, which is just a bus and train ride away. "Great staff.. very nice and attentive.. Right by a mall and a bus staion. Thry replaced my room after some complaints- without hesitation. Having said all that, the hotel is pretty old and maintenance level is not as expected from a 4 star hotel. "

Rooms did not have proper Wi-FI coverage, romm phone did not work, air conditining was centrally controlled and had no effect. No hot water Would not recommend this for stay. I am surprised Hotels.com even lists them without proper verification. Charges are exobitant for this hotel."
