"We had a nice few days in the garage studio apartment. The location worked well for our visit. It is about a mile walk into town. There aren't any streetlights for the last part of the walk, so be aware if you plan to return (by walking) after dark. The apartment is open plan; the bedroom area does not close off from the kitchenette or living area. The living area is roomy with a couple of couches and a small table. The bed was comfortable. Petosky State Park is a short drive and has a beautiful walking beach. There is another nice trail along the river which is within walking distance from the apartment.
