"A beautiful, well-cared-for condo in a quiet neighborhood directly on the lake with expansive views of the water. It is quiet and close to anything you want to do downtown. It’s a quick drive to Charlevoix & Petoskey. The owner was great with communication and provided all the details needed along with local recommendations. We loved our stay and really enjoyed the water view and sunsets. We would stay again in a heartbeat - highly recommend!"

"Bayview was perfect for a girls getaway. We were on the water, and the view was spectacular. The place had everything we needed and was located in a quiet neighborhood. The owners live in the unit below and couldn’t have been nicer. They had a large yard, and in the evening we would go out and watch the sun set and the moon rise. During these times, we visited with Deb and Dan and played with one of their dogs. I would definitely recommend and cannot wait to return. "

"We stayed after Christmas through New Year's, and it was the perfect property for us. We used the fireplace every day to warm up after outdoor activities, and to create a cozy ambiance. This condo complex is in the perfect location to walk to the downtown shops and restaurants, and went there several times a day. On New Year's Eve, we enjoyed watching the CherryT Ball drop in downtown and the countdown to 2025. The rooms are all a good size, and we loved the primary bedroom with the walk in...
