"Everything about this spot was as expected. It was clean when we arrived. Plenty towels in the bath (and decent water pressure and immediate hot water!). Plates, silverware, pots, etc, in the kitchen. It was cozy and exactly what we were looking for. The only drawbacks were a very strong smell that had me opening the windows immediately upon entering and the bed was terrible. "Location is perfect. Easy walk to Stearns beach. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Probably walkable but we took our vehicle. Awesome bedrooms. Extra bonus each bedroom having their own bathroom. The common area with kitchen was awesome. Great space to make an easy breakfast and then head out for the day. Everything was clean and in working order. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We had an exceptional time at M-22 this weekend. The location is ideal, the place is immaculate and comfortable, and the amenities (bikes, kayaks, bathroom, kitchen) were thoughtful additions. Jim was a fantastic host, extremely responsive and helpful. Prior to check-in we were sent a list of things to do/see/eat and it helped us make the most of our time there with advanced planning. This is a great summer/fall getaway cottage. "
