"Everything about this spot was as expected. It was clean when we arrived. Plenty towels in the bath (and decent water pressure and immediate hot water!). Plates, silverware, pots, etc, in the kitchen. It was cozy and exactly what we were looking for. The only drawbacks were a very strong smell that had me opening the windows immediately upon entering and the bed was terrible. "The hockey room was such an economical option, we couldn't pass up trying it. We're glad we did. It made a ski trip much more affordable. Just a short drive to Crystal Mountain. My only regret was not planning more time to utilize the ice rink. The host maintained both the rink and the room well. Looked like fun. Brought our skates, just got too tired from skiing to hop out there."

"the building was built in the 1930s yes its old . what a beautiful house. great porch great kitchen with shiplap walls and ceiling. very functional everything was there frig microwave toaster oven , nice bedrooms shower worked great . great yard firepit with chairs car parking on site .fantastic view of the lake. easy access to town and restaurants in walking distance . we were there to fish. great access to the lake. overall we liked it very much. hope to stay again next year."
