"Once you check-in they provide a little refresher treat which was really nice since we took a train to Kyoto! The laundromat was a life saver and convenient to use. Overall the onsen, the hotel, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Love that it was convenient near stores/shopping mall too (not too far of a walk)! "

"Comfortable beds in a compact room with space saving details like several hooks and lighting built into headboard. Breakfast buffet was ok. No laundry in the hotel but laundromat with big machines is closeby. Excellent location for catching subway and buses, walkable to many shopping and eating options. Onigiri and A5 Wagyu sukiyaki directly opposite hotel entrance are excellent. "
