Only mild negative is no USB ports in room but management says they are coming soon. Stayed on a referral from a friend and was not disappointed! If you are in Dubuque, stay here and you won't be disappointed either!"

"Great house! Plenty of room for 2 or more things to be going on at once. Excellent communication with H.A.L.M. rentals. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen that is stocked with anything you need. Talking about returning next winter."

"Nice place. Had trouble getting in, but after many, many tries and contact with the manager, we did get it to open. The bottom door to go out to the hot-tub had a broken deadbolt. We ended up removing the part and covering back up to be able to get in and out the door. Quite a bit of garbage laying around the hot-tub...beer cans, etc. Generally, it was a nice open area with nice bedrooms. Cupboards and drawers were nicely stocked. "
