"Charming and comfortable small hotel. Super helpful and pleasant staff. Great location, it was a 30 minute scenic walk to the Aquarium and Cannery Row and a five minute drive. Great restaurants are steps away. My room was small but comfortable and pretty. I was in the historic side. It was slightly inconvenient getting to the elevator but worth it for me. "

"Very good location with restaurants in walking distance. The shuttle to the ski resort is right across the street. The room was very nice and newly remodeled. Yes, heater/AC is very loud, but we barely needed it. Just turned it on for 15min and the room was nice and cosy. Would definitely book here again"

"Had excellent room on 6th floor (pool level, laundry, gym, etc). Only thing i'd complain about is the water pressure on shower heads. I hate low pressure, but I know they probably leave the water savers in the shower heads intentionally. Parking was great and easy. 15 min from UCSF"
