"Had online check in which made it fast and easy when we arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. Near the mall and only minutes away from the lake. The pet area was clean and spacious. Only wish we could have been closer to the pet exit. Had to walk to the other side of the building to take the dogs out. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding!"
