"The property was fine except that it needs more sound insulation on the exterior (front) wall. The problem is with Expedia which failed to disclose the following charges BEFORE booking: Room Charge ($17.92), the State Tax ($11.26), the Lodging Tax ($5.00) and the GA Hotel/Motel Fee ($5.00). "

"This charming cabin home was thoughtfully stocked with so many conveniences, from toiletries to hot cocoa pods for the Keurig. We were there Thanksgiving week and appreciated that the place was decorated for Christmas. It was an easy, short drive down the mountain to get to a Walmart for our groceries and the town of Clayton for shopping and restaurants. "Hotel is in need of major renovation. Apparently, this was a time of transition to new owners, so felt disorganized. Breakfast was so so— we’ve certainly had better experiences at previous B and B’s."
