"This is an older hotel but very clean and quiet. The only complaint i have is the inability to control temperature. I was a little dissappointed that the room furnishings did not match the uniqueness of thevroom pictures to small but overall it was excellant and i would stay againStaff were polite and helpful. "I can't say enough good things about this hotel—it's truly the best for families! If you're hoping for the convenience of free laundry, a dryer, and detergent, this is definitely the place to choose. We traveled light since we were flying basic economy, and doing laundry every other night was so easy here. The staff were fantastic, and I loved the complimentary green tea, coffee, and cappuccino available on the second level. We stayed in a deluxe room with two queen beds, which was perfect for our family of four. Plus, having two bathrooms was a big bonus! Even though we were on the lower floor, it didn’t take away from our experience at all. The hotel is ideally located right across the street from Trump Tower and the beautiful Riverwalk, making it super convenient for exploring. If you're vegan, check out a restaurant called Feed Your Head—they have some amazing vegan options! We also enjoyed the Wandella Boat tour, which is just a short walk away. And for a special treat, we headed next door for brunch at the rooftop of the London Hotel, which was fantastic!"
