"Only a one-night visit but nice hotel. Staff service was excellent throughout and very good breakfast in the morning. Would certainly return on a future visit to Blackpool."

"The staff where very nice and very polite. The hotel was clean. What I didn't like was that it is now contactless payments for everything in hotel. Also it was cold in the bar and only had plain crisps which are very expensive. Also limited bottle of beers which where not very cold."

The bed was so old springs were sticking up , outside of the room the floors creaked so badly that every time someone walked past even quietly it made a racket. The windows were so filthy outside and inside you could barely see out of them. "

"We stayed here for two nights and the staff could not do enough for us. The room had been recently refurbished and the whole place was spotless. You could chose to have dinner included but we didn't as we had evening things planned. The entertainment was fantastic with something for everyone. This place is a little gem and we'll worth a visit, we will definitely return."
