"We stopped for two nights on May day bank holiday and Tuesday to watch the Gary Barlow concert. This the third time we have stopped at the hotel in standard double room. We parked on the road outside for which is free. The room was clean, warm and spacious. We had breakfast which is good with plenty of choices. On the first night we had a three course meal in the hotel restaurant. It was excellent. On the first night we were watched the Entertainment in the hall next to the bar. Lee and Victoria were excellent. We really enjoyed it. We bought some drinks vouchers which worked out at £3 for a pint or gin n tonic. It is a good deal. Check in was quick and the staff really friendly. The staff were really nice in the bar and restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and return again. "

"It was a bit of a walk/bus ride from the train station and located in an area that was a bit run-down, but the property itself was well-maintained, clean, safe and comfortable. We would return. Very comfortable bed, on site restaurant had good food. Breakfast is not included but can be purchased for a small fee (10 pounds)."

"Great customer service, lovely lady on reception I didn’t catch her name, was having nice conversation. Whole staff team were lovely. Loved the sofa in the room with footstool, nice not to have to sit on the bed all night. Great shower and the bed was soooo comfy"

"Enjoyed the stay. 2 kids enjoyed family room as they had their own area. I am 2m tall. Had problem in shower and bath. This could have been bigger. Food very tasty. But was waiting for 2h to be prepared. Be aware about following: - car park very expensive. You can get car park near. - Breakfast also expensive. -pleasure park and waterpark is very very close."

"This is the second time we have stayed at the President hotel, it was our 14th wedding anniversary this time. The staff are lovely especially the breakfast staff. The rooms are clean but the beds are not that comfy they could do with either toppers or new mattresses . The shower we had wasn't very good but could still have one. You could tell they had been painting with gloss there was a little smell no problem but who ever did it got paint on the floor and hadn't cleaned it up (behind the door). I know this may sound a bit petty but clean up after yourself lol . We will still book again the good thing there are bus and tram stop outside the Hotel "

"Lovely hotel! Spacious rooms, big comfy beds, coffee and tea and wash facilities excellent! Fantastic pool extremely clean excellent breakfast! We needed milk at night for a child and they got us some from the kitchen brilliant service! "

"Busy hotel in the centre of Blackpool. The hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast this morning was superb with plenty of food choices available. Plenty of entertainment options in the hotel as well as a wellness and spa facilities. We paid extra for secure car parking behind the property as there is no on street parking. "
