It has been quite a while since I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, but I chose it because of the immaculate cleanliness, courteous staff treatment, clean swimming pool and the help that I needed from the front desk to access all of my needs for the stay.
I am sorry to say that I was very disappointed in what I found at this location.
The person at the front desk began literally hollering at me stating that I did not have a reservation.
I showed him my reservation confirmation on my iPhone but he said he could not do anything about it, nor would he help me until he had received the reservation.
He said I needed to go online to contact Expedia and to call them and get it cleared.
I did not have a phone number for Expedia and asked him, Jakes Parbhu, what their Phone number is.
He repeated it to me, continuing to holler at me, and told me to call them at - 1-888-397-1786.
After waiting about 10 minutes, while he repeatedly continued to holler at me, I spoke with the Expedia Agent Mr. Avxinau, whom I could hardly understand because of his very broken english, I discovered that my reservation was for the following day. I asked him if he would kindly change it to begin on the day of my arrival October 14, 2024. After about 15 minutes he finally made the change, but the desk Manager, Mr Jake Parbhu said he could not check me in until he had received the confirmation on his front desk app.
So, I continued to wait until he finally hollered at me that he had received it.
